summer term

its the end of the easter break from teaching, just finished all the preparation for the coming term, lots of fun and games planned. i have a recreational class starting mondays where we are going to look at the construction of a variety of bags and containers, we usually work on small projects in the summer term because hopefully the good weather means that the students spend more time outdoors in the garden and on away breaks.

on tuesdays i teach city and guilds patchwork and quilting, level 3 in the morning and level 2 in the afternoon. next year level 1 will be taught on tuesday evening, and level 3 in the afternoon.

on wednesdays i teach the foundation degree which is described to the right and

on fridays its the contemporary textile workshop for those who have completed their level 3 studies but dont want the rigour of the foundation degree
